Meet Karina Ham, our brilliant Program Director at Stories Inspiring Movements (SIM). Karina is passionate about fostering immigrant youth leadership, power, and celebration, and she finds immense joy in being part of an organization that so deeply believes in these values. Rooted in the belief that shared moments of joy and laughter can foster community bonding and collective healing, she brings a unique blend of vibrancy and compassion to her work. Karina’s love for dance, singing, and her cherished pet cat are just a few of the ways she keeps her spirit high and stays rooted in her purpose.
